We had an incredible stay, with exceptional service that really made our experience memorable. The rooms were comfortable, and while the location allowed for easy access to the beach, it was quite small when the hotel reached max capacity. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of options, but not quite perfect. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, but a couple of minor issues detracted from the experience a bit.

I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the beach was stunning, and I truly appreciated the friendly service from the staff. However, my stay was marred by unfortunate incidents involving theft, which cast a shadow over the entire experience. I have been visiting this resort since 1996, and it never ceases to impress me. The staff remains as friendly and helpful as ever, and the recent updates, including a newly remodeled lobby, add a nice touch. While the dining experience was quite good, there were a couple of hiccups in service that detracted from the overall experience. Booking a mini-suite with an ocean view was a highlight for us, although we encountered some minor issues with supplies in our room.
